- How do I register for the event?
- You can register by purchasing a ticket on our website. Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket.
- What is the cost to register for GrafanaCON?
- A limited number of early bird tickets will be available for 50% off (plus fees). After those sell out, a limited number of tickets will be available at the discounted rate of 30% off (plus fees). When those sell out, tickets will cost the full price (plus fees).
- Where will the event take place?
- The event will take place at McCaw Hall, located at 321 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109.
- When will the agenda be made available?
- The GrafanaCON 2025 agenda will be available on our website in March.
- What is the refund policy? If I cannot attend, can I transfer my ticket?
- Tickets are non-refundable, but you can request to transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing events@grafana.com.
- Is there a way to network with other attendees?
- Yes, during the event there will be dedicated breaks, meals, and receptions for you to network with other attendees. You can connect and engage with fellow participants during the breaks and networking receptions.
- Will the sessions be available to watch after the conference ends?
- Most mainstage sessions will be recorded and published for on-demand viewing.
- Do I need to register for each session that I want to attend?
- Once you register for the event, you do not need to register for specific mainstage conference sessions. However, if you would like to attend a hands-on lab, you will need to check the box in the registration form when you complete your conference registration (limited space available).
- Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
- No. Walk-ins will not be admitted and tickets will not be available for purchase onsite. Capacity at this event is limited.
- Is there a conference hotel where I can book lodging?
- No, the conference is not affiliated with a specific hotel and we do not have rooms blocked or discounted at any local hotel. However, there are numerous hotels near the venue that offer superb accommodations.
- Is public transportation available nearby?
By Bus: Bus lines 3 & 4 have stops within a 3-block radius of the main McCaw Hall entrance.
By Seattle Center Monorail: Seattle Center Monorail provides a fun, quick, and convenient link between downtown Seattle and Seattle Center. McCaw Hall is a 10-minute walk from the Seattle Center Station.
By Link Light Rail: You can ride the Light Rail to the Westlake Station and transfer to the monorail to access the Seattle Center. For more information, visit Sound Transit Link Light Rail.

- Is parking available onsite?
- Parking is available at the Mercer Street Garage, conveniently located across the street from McCaw Hall. A covered skybridge provides easy access between level C of the garage and McCaw Hall. For more information, visit the McCaw Hall site.
- Do I need to print my tickets?
- You are not required to print your ticket; you can simply show one of our team members your ticket directly from your tablet or mobile phone upon arrival at the check-in desk. You can also use a valid photo ID to check in.
- May guests attend the event?
- The event is only open to attendees in possession of a valid ticket with a valid photo ID.
- Is there an event code of conduct?
- Grafana Labs is committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming GrafanaCON for all attendees, and our events team will be enforcing our Code of Conduct. We ask all attendees and speakers to review it.
- What time should I arrive?
- Registration will open on May 6. Please ensure you check in at the registration desk and collect your name badge. If you arrive before registration is open, please wait at the entrance hall of the venue until a member of the staff lets you in.
- Are food and drinks included with my registration?
- Light breakfast, buffet lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided on both days of the event. Hearty canapes and drinks will be served at the opening reception. If you are attending the event and have severe food allergies, please email us at events@grafana.com.
- What should I bring to the event?
- Come prepared with questions you would like to ask our experts. You can bring your laptops, tablets, and mobile phones. WiFi will be made available throughout the conference rooms.
- Will you have a coatroom for the event?
- Yes. There will be a coatroom available for you to leave your personal belongings throughout the duration of the event at no additional charge.
- What if I need special access requirements?
- If you have any special access requirements, please email us at events@grafana.com upon registration, and we will make necessary arrangements.
- How can I sponsor the event?
- We have a limited number of sponsorship opportunities. Please reach out to sponsors@grafana.com if you are interested.
