Changes
- Add Asserts widget to service overview. It will show any active assertions this service has
- Fix bug where loading service overview from URL would not work as expected in some cases due to URL variable duplication
- Added client-only (only sending CLIENT/PRODUCER spans) service support. Has to be enabled explicitly in configuration as it may increase number of metrics series being generated
