Detect
Service Level Objectives (SLOs) define reliability targets, enabling proactive issue detection and decision-making. Paired with Grafana Alerting, SLOs enable proactive issue detection allowing for quick triage and resolution.
Grafana Alerting is a core capability of Grafana Cloud that can easily be set up to route alerts to Grafana OnCall for automated escalation to on-call rotations.
Respond
Grafana OnCall manages on-call rotations and escalations, ensuring that the right team members are notified promptly through their preferred channels. After an issue is identified, use Grafana Incident to quickly create an incident from alerts and easily collaborate through integrations with tools like Slack and GitHub. Machine Learning features, like Sift, take the burden off responders and help identify issues faster.
Learn
After an incident is resolved, relevant data from Slack channels and integrated tools is captured in Grafana Incident for review. Machine learning generates auto-summaries, ensuring no details are missed. Grafana dashboards and analytics help you gain deep insights to refine your IRM strategy.
