ObservabilityCON 2023: What to expect and how to score a spot on stage
The West End is nice, but this fall, the stage to see and be seen on will be at ObservabilityCON 2023.
On 14-15 November, Grafana Labs will host the premier open source observability event in person in London. While the keynote promises to deliver exciting announcements and updates around our Grafana LGTM stack (Loki for logs, Grafana for visualization, Tempo for traces, and Mimir for metrics), one of the highlights of the event will be when community members get their moment in the spotlight.
And that could include you! The deadline to submit your story for ObservabilityCON 2023 is Friday, September 15. (The form will close at 23:59 PDT.) If you or your team have recently solved an observability challenge around metrics, logs, and traces or have best practices around SLO management, load testing, incident response, and observability cost management, we want to hear from you.
You would not only be able to share your observability story and your best tips and tricks with a live audience. You would also be in great company — over the years, ObservabilityCON has featured top industry experts from companies such as Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Adobe, and Banco Itaú.
All speakers will be selected and notified before the end of September, and the full agenda for ObservabilityCON 2023 will be announced by early October. We are committed to building a diverse lineup of presenters, and we welcome submissions from first-time speakers. For all the latest ObservabilityCON updates, sign up to get notified about early access to registration, special ticket pricing, and more.
At ObservabilityCON 2023, you’ll also have a front-row seat for hands-on demos of the latest observability tools and deep-dive sessions on the latest industry trends. (AI/ML, anyone?) But for so many Grafana Labs engineers, the most memorable moments from our in-person events are meeting the open source observability community.
Luckily attendees feel the same. “The best part was being able to network and meet Grafana engineers,” system administrator/DevOps/software developer Jose Vicente Nunez wrote in a guest blog post about his experience at ObservabilityCON 2022. “It was like accessing 1:1 coaching.”
The countdown to ObservabilityCON 2023 has officially begun! If you haven’t already, sign up to get notified about early access to registration.
