Grafana ObservabilityCON is returning November 8-10!
Observability fans, rejoice: Grafana ObservabilityCON 2021 will be happening online this year November 8-10!
Last year over 9,000 observability practitioners and enthusiasts from around the globe joined us virtually for our first-ever Grafana ObservabilityCON. We had a blast bringing the community together to share their observability success stories, strategies, open source projects, and lessons learned! The Grafana Labs team also packed the event with some pretty game-changing Grafana Stack announcements: Grafana Loki 2.0, and Grafana 7.3’s exemplar support, and the introduction of our open source tracing backend, Grafana Tempo.
At Grafana Labs, we believe observability is a journey, not a destination. And that’s what Grafana ObservabilityCON is all about. Whether you’re just getting started or want to improve your current strategy or architecture, you don’t want to miss this year’s event!
Here’s a preview of what you can expect from this year’s event:
- Exciting Grafana Stack roadmap updates and demos
- Deep dives on metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting
- Hands-on workshops for Grafana, Loki, and Prometheus with our team of experts
- Talks from the community on use cases, strategies, scaling, and tooling

Update: The CFP is now closed.
Do you have an exciting observability project that you’d like to present to the Grafana community? Has your team built something unique with the Grafana Stack and other open observability tools? Has a focus on observability changed your team’s culture? Do you have lessons learned that you wish you knew before you started your own observability journey?
If you’ve answered “yes” to any of these, then you should apply to speak at ObservabilityCON!
The CFP is open now through September 22. First-time conference speakers and presenters from underrepresented groups are welcome and encouraged to apply. Submit your talk idea here.
