OpenTelemetry Protocol (OTLP)
OpenTelemetry is a collection of tools, APIs, and SDKs that you can use to instrument, generate, collect, and export telemetry data (metrics, logs, and traces) and help you analyze your software’s performance and behavior. OpenTelemetry is gaining widespread adoption and Grafana Labs now supports the ingestion of metrics, logs, and traces through OTLP into Grafana Cloud.
